Motorola debuts new push-to-talk phone
LIBERTYVILLE -- Motorola Inc., Sprint and Boost Mobile said Monday they are teaming up to introduce the new Motorola Stature i9, the thinnest flip phone on the Nextel Direct Connect push-to-talk network.
The phone features music, video and pictures through advanced multimedia that include a 3.1 megapixel camera with flash and auto focus, GPS, media player and up to 8 gigabtye optional removable memory.
The Stature i9 will be available through all Sprint Nextel channels, including www.Sprint.com or 1-800-Nextel-9, for $199.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
It will be available through Boost Mobile distribution channels at a price of $299.99 with no contract, credit check or activation fees.
