Don't be fooled into seeing a crisis

Global Warming Crisis? How did anyone come to the conclusion that there ever was/is global warming and then label it a crisis?

To start, one has to get credible people and organizations to come to these conclusions and back it with evidence.

The scientific community would be a logical place to start. How do you get scientists to verify global warming? Threaten funding cuts to projects they are involved with.

Other scientists may be involved heavily with projects that are related to the climate and energy crisis such as, battery, solar, hybrids, geothermal, nuclear and the like. It's hard to believe that there is a real climate crisis.

We are shown melting glaciers as proof that the earth is warming. We are not shown ice shelves that are ten times thicker in that same time span or mountain tops where the snow once melted but are now deeply snow covered.

These examples would lead one to believe that there is a cyclical pattern to the weather. What else would explain why Greenland is not green and Iceland is not covered with ice?

Geologists discovered a ten degree temperature increase however that was about 15 billion years ago. Present day scientists are pointing to a one degree increase covering 100 years of written weather records.

Apparently these cycles have occurred before humans developed the ability to affect the weather. What should the average person understand about the green movement?

Recycling is a good thing but the idea of investing billions into changing the weather is as ridiculous as trying to control volcanic eruptions.
