Oakbrook Terrace firm sells Alabama properties

OAKBROOK TERRACE - Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the sale of DaVita Tuscaloosa, a 7,416-square foot net-leased property in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and DaVita Northport, a 4,050-square foot net-leased property located in Northport, Alabama, according to Steven D. Weinstock, first vice president/regional manager/managing broker of the firm's Oakbrook Terrace.

The assets sold for $2,611,995. Valerie Cook, Sean R. Sharko, and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability corporation.
