Let's not fail our animal friends
Please, let us not fail our animal friends again - they cannot speak for themselves so we must act on their behalf.
For quite some time now, Pet Rescue in Bloomingdale has been the subject of much controversy: lack of proper vet care, not enough food for the animals in their care, not enough exercise - basically, a total lack of concern for the well being of the animals entrusted to them.
We need to step up to the plate and end the suffering of these animals and get them into a healthy environment.
They deserve the opportunity to give joy to families looking for the love of a wonderful cat or dog.
Let's give them that chance.
