Chicago Entertainers, DOW and TFK Challenge Fitness Club Members around the World

STREAMWOOD, IL entertainers, recording artist, Daryon Simmons, who performs by the stage name, "DLOW" along with the competitive dance team, The Future Kingz (TFK), have collaborated with Anytime Fitness in Streamwood and have challenged the world to "get active" by dancing to DLOW's smash hit songs.

"The timing of DLOW's songs are perfect as the January New Year's resolution folk stream in the clubs to bust a move on the treadmills. Even with the increasing push to end sedentary lifestyles; today remains a world where the mainstream continues to say "working out sucks". We believe that this year fitness seekers will find something different to pique their interest in the fitness routines of the gyms and hopefully will continue the trend all year", said Janie Dziedzic, the owner of the Streamwood Anytime Fitness club where DLOW and TFK train. PJ Cannon, DLOW's manager, said he has heard countless DLOW fans mention that DLOW's dances are a good workout. It has been a priority of PJ and DLOW to bring more focus to their fitness fans.

"We anticipate that the group's songs and dance choreography will bring "fun" together with "workout" in the same sentence. It's always difficult to keep members motivated and active. By March, the resolutions get lost in the busy schedules. Our goal is to align with the Anytime Fitness franchise co-founder, Chuck Runyon, in his book titled "Working Out Sucks". He indicates we need to deprogram those brainwashed by unhealthy habits, destructive attitudes and misinformation; and offer a way to get back on track. We hope to reprogram brains to think fitness is fun with the introduction of DLOW's "fun" songs. DLOW uses melodic up-beat instrumental music tracks accompanied by lyrics punctuated with built-in simple how-to-dance instruction that he tops with a challenge to do it like him" said Janie Dziedzic

So far it has worked! Fitness cravers worldwide are working-out to DLOW's songs and posting millions of selfies of their own workouts to the web. His songs have gone viral! One group of fit men posted their viral dance workout using one of DLOW's songs with aerobic steps. The video is yielding a whopping 38 million views!

His songs are so popular, they are trending and one is climbing the "Hot 100's Billboard Charts". TFK has been hosting workshops in the Streamwood club's studio and will teach anyone how to perform DLOW's dances. "Because TFK will be touring with DLOW and competing in the World of Dance inaugurals in Los Angeles, CA, they have begun holding auditions and recruiting talent to help them with their local booking schedule as they hit the road focused on DLOW's tour" said Frennie Deloria, the TFK booking manager. TFK and DLOW plan to visit their fans in as many of the 3,000 plus worldwide Anytime Fitness clubs as possible during the 2016 tour and will be hosting dance workshops.

Recently, TFK and DLOW performed for about 60 staff members at the Anytime Fitness headquarters in Hastings MN where they were introduced to co-founders Chuck Runyon and Dave Mortensen who are celebrities in their own right. Their franchise ranks as the #1 top global franchise, and they have also been the focus of countless television cameras, magazine covers and newspapers. Their franchise is the fastest growing chain of fitness clubs in the history of this planet. In addition they were filmed in a heartwarming life-changing experience on ABC's "Secret Millionaire".

The entire collaborated group is motivated by knowing that activity is key and while working out may suck to some, it doesn't have to. The alternatives-from heart disease to premature aging and shortened lifespan--are a lot worse.
