Vernon Hills seminar to address succession planning

VERNON HILLS - "Protect Your Business: Succession Planning for Business Owners" is the title of a seminar taking place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the College of Lake County Southlake Center, 1120 S. Milwaukee Ave., Vernon Hills.

Mike Hazen, a local independent financial adviser with Seidenberg Investment Group, will address ways to protect family members that will inherit a business, key things to look for when buying a business and how to prepare to sell a business while earning top dollar.
