Where have auditors been hiding?
Every official in our governments and businesses persistently have deficits that always require immediate action to avert some disaster. After watching our inept federal, state and local governments, the Fed and the banking industry, the auto industry, the housing industry, the military and others in debt, I have concluded that no one in the these businesses even deserve their overpaid jobs.
Not one of them seems to know simple arithmetic or they wouldn't be in such dire straits. Were they asleep in their classrooms? It's always a surprise when the sky has been falling, and they don't know that they're in debt. Yet, their job is to manage and save money for us.
You can't spend more than you take in from taxes. You can't ask for more money after you've spent it already. You can't borrow from other countries and expect to pay it back from a failing economy in a depression. You can't buy yourself out of debt, especially with no income. You can't make our children pay back retroactive loans. What are these pseudo-geniuses thinking? Definitely not about arithmetic.
These government and business people are supposed to be the finest, at the top of the game, and yet here we are in deep debt due to their total ignorance in basic arithmetic - and where have their expensive accountants and auditors been hiding?
