Walsh sets more town halls

Congressman-elect Joe Walsh has scheduled four additional town halls during the month of December on his listening tour of the 8th Congressional District. An initial town hall in Fox Lake last Saturday drew more than 100 constituents.

The upcoming meetings are: Noon-1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12 at the Lake Zurich Police Department, 200 Mohawk Trail; 7-8:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13 at McHenry West High School, 4724 W. Crystal Lake Road in McHenry; 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 at Schaumburg Township Hall, 1 Illinois Blvd. in Hoffman Estates; and 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16 at Gurnee Village Hall, 325 N. O'Plaine Road in Gurnee.

The Walsh office says all viewpoints are welcome at the town halls.
