Arlington Heights Dist. 25 to hold wellness fair

The Arlington Heights School District 25 and the Arlington Heights Council of PTAs invite the community to attend a free Family Wellness Fair 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17 at South Middle School.

See cooking demonstrations, taste test healthy foods, and learn more about menu planning. Smoothies, smart slice pizza and shaker salads will be available for purchase. Obtain health information and listen to speakers. There will be fun physical activities for the entire family. Bring your bike helmet to be fitted by an Arlington Heights police officer.
