Molex ready to resume talks over closure

Molex Inc. representatives met with the receiver appointed by a Paris commercial court and French government officials today to negotiate an accord over payments to former employees, Industry Minister Christian Estrosi said in an e-mailed statement.

Estrosi “will not hesitate to revert to more constraining, and notably legal, measures” if the U.S. group doesn't make good its promise to resume talks in coming weeks, according to the statement.
