McShane to build Randhurst hotel

McShane Construction Co. of Rosemont announced the recent award of the 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites to Castco Lifestyle Properties.

The new hotel will be located at Randhurst Village, a 100-acre, mixed-use redevelopment project of the former Randhurst Mall that will offer retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality components.

The 166,650-square-foot Hampton Inn will be four floors and feature a fitness center, pool and conference suites. The ground floor will be retail space.
