Seminar on foreclosures set in Schaumburg

Industry experts will discuss the different options home owners have to modify their loan to avoid foreclosure, and buyers and investors will learn the mechanics and timelines involved in purchasing short sale properties (homes sold for less than the value of the mortgage) at a free seminar from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at St. Peter School in Schaumburg.
