Bolingbrook shooting victim remains in critical condition

A 20-year-old Bolingbrook resident who was shot in the head this week remained in critical condition on Thursday.
Mikyal L. Green was found about 8 p.m. Tuesday in the yard of a residence on the 100 block of Flagstaff Drive suffering from a gunshot wound to the head, authorities said.
Green was transported from the scene to an area hospital before being air lifted via helicopter to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood. He was listed in critical condition, officials said.
Police would not release additional information about the shooting. They said they are continuing to investigate and are searching for suspects.
