'Clueless' drivers make bad area worse

WHEN, WHEN, WHEN can something be done about the arrogant, inconsiderate, clueless drivers that continue to block Central Road going west at the intersection of Mt. Prospect Road and Central where Mt. Prospect Road proceeds to Rand Road.

Drivers headed to Rand Road and those left hand turners doing the same, can see or know they aren't going to clear the intersection. I travel this area almost daily and have lost count of the lights I have missed because of waiting for clearance to proceed. Admittedly there is not much space available - but that is not the point.

There are also multi signs posted - for naught. There has also been police presence at times - also for naught.

How about a camera and subsequent fines. Maybe that will get their attention.
