Your news: Black Pythons win Brian Krueger Memorial Tournament

The PYB/S 9U Black Pythons won first place in the fifth annual Brian Krueger Memorial Tournament Sunday, July 11, scoring a final victory of 16 to 7 over their brothers in baseball, the PYB/S 9U Red Heat.

The Pythons did not lose a single game during the event, coming into the finals seeded third out of a field of nine teams. The tournament, named for a young player who lost his life to pediatric brain cancer, was held in Lake in the Hills.
