Nashville swaps Santorelli for 2011 draft pick

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Nashville Predators swapped forward Mike Santorelli to the Florida Panthers on Thursday in exchange for a conditional fifth-round draft pick in 2011.

Santorelli is a restricted free agent who was the Predators' sixth-round pick in 2004 as the 178th draft choice overall.

The trade gives Nashville nine picks in the 2011 entry draft.
