Kane Countybull; A civil complaint was filed July 15, alleging that a business on the 10N000 block of Kendall Road, near Elgin, has been disposing of dead horses without a permit, according to a police report. Investigating officers said they obtained a letter from the Illinois Department of Agriculture confirming the business is operating without a permit. The matter was turned over to the state's attorney's office. Carpentersvillebull; Anthony D. Pauselli, 38, of the 1600 block of Autumn Avenue, Schaumburg, was arrested Friday morning for selling three grams of cocaine to an undercover police officer for $150, according to a police report. He was charged with delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $50,000 and he is due in court Aug. 4 at the Kane County Judicial Center. bull; Erick C. Oettinger, 40, of the 4200 block of Dixon Drive, Hoffman Estates, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Thursday, after police discovered he had .69 grams of crack cocaine during a traffic stop at Route 31 and Spruce Drive in West Dundee, according to a police report. His bond was set at $20,000 and he is due in court July 30 at the Kane County Judicial Center. Elginbull; Between June 30 and Thursday, someone stole an orange and red "old town" rush kayak from Judson University that had been near the Tyler Creek footbridge on campus.
