Geneva bull; Someone shot white Pro Grade Airsoft pellets at a home air conditioner in the 1200 block of Thornhill Court between 4 p.n. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday, police said. The pellets shot through the corrugated metal around the condenser; the condenser and the coolant coil were damaged beyond repair.bull; Jesus Gonzalez-Jiminez, 26, of the 200 block of North Neltnor Boulevard, West Chicago, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license July 11, according to a police report. The incident happened in the 1500 block of East Fabyan Parkway at 8:20 p.m.bull; Someone stole 80 wood pallets from behind the Geneva Hardware store, 617 W. State St., between 9 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday, police said.bull; Dennis D. Rynn, 59, of the 2100 block of Kaneville Road, was charged with battery at 6:52 p.m. Friday, according to a police report. He is accused of reaching into a car and punching a man in the face at Fourth and James streets.bull; Police believe at least five burglaries in and near the Fisher Farms subdivision may be related. All happened between 4 p.m. Saturday and 12:20 p.m. Sunday in the 2900 and 3100 blocks of Adamson Drive, the 3300 block of Hillcrest Road, the 200 block of Daniels Way and the 2800 block of Cornwall Lane. Three of the vehicles were unlocked. Taken were three Garmin GPS devices; $10 in coins; and a Dell laptop computer and its case. Papers that had been stored in the computer case were found in some bushes on Diane Court, one block away.bull; A small inflatable raft and a child's life vest were stolen off the roof of a car, where they had been attached with a bungee cord to a kayak, between 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Illinois Street, police said.bull; A flag and pole were stolen off the green from the 3rd hole at the Eagle Brook Country Club golf course, 2288 Fargo Blvd., between 8 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Sunday, police said. The hole is close to the 900 block of Harbor Town Court.Bataviabull; Adam A. Rea, 20, of the 400 block of North College Street, was charged with obstructing identification and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, stemming from a July 4 incident, according to a police report. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and Rea turned himself in to police on Tuesday.bull; Tools were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of North Van Buren Street, it was reported at 10:44 a.m. Monday, police said.
