Predators sign center Lundmark to 1-year contract

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Nashville Predators signed center Jamie Lundmark to a one-year contract announced Friday.

The deal will be worth as much as $600,000 if he spends the entire season with the NHL team.

Lundmark, 29, played 21 games with Calgary and 15 with Toronto last season. The 6-foot, 197-pound center has 99 points in 295 NHL career games with the Rangers, Phoenix, Calgary, Los Angeles and Toronto since 2002.

He was the ninth pick overall by the Rangers in the 1999 entry draft.
