The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce was proud to celebrate a ribbon cutting for Jo Jo's ShakeBar, 5 Jackson Avenue in Naperville. The ceremony was facilitated with esteemed ambassadors and community members. Mayor Steve Chirico welcomed Jo Jo's ShakeBar to Naperville and thanked them for choosing this city for their newest location. Christina Caton Kitchel, director of leasing for Caton Commercial and Chairman of the Board for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce thanked Jo Jo's for joining the chamber and reminded them that we are here to support you and your business. Kaylin Risvold, President and CEO of the NACC reminded Robbie Schloss, managing partner for Jo Jo's to lean on the chamber and look for us for support.
Over the weekend, more than 200 people gathered in Woodridge to tour and celebrate the opening of Hummingbird Pediatric Therapies' second location. The 11,000 square foot pediatric therapy center is equipped with state of the art and professionally designed rock-climbing walls, gyms, and more. Owner Christina Scalise-Morrissey and the Hummingbird Pediatric Therapies team cuts the ribbon during Hummingbird Pediatric Therapies' Woodridge grand opening.
The Geneva Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours New Member Reception at Riverside Receptions, 35 N. River Ln., Geneva on March 22. Geneva Chamber members who joined in the last year were welcomed and given an opportunity to showcase their business. The Geneva Chamber of Commerce, along with Batavia Chamber of Commerce, held a Ribbon Cutting for 25N Coworking Geneva Annex, 25 N. River Ln., Geneva on March 23. 25N was able to renovate and expand into a space that was previously occupied by one of their clients, who moved upstairs. There is now more room for their clients to work remotely. Geneva Chamber of Commerce President Paula Schmidt and City of Geneva Alderman Dean Kilburg held the Geneva ribbon. Batavia Chamber of Commerce President Margaret Perreault and Batavia Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Mike Burke held the Batavia Ribbon. Stephanie Keifer, 25N Coworking Community Manager and Noelle Villicana, Director of Community Events cut the ribbons.
