Sg2 announces contract with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare

SKOKIE - Sg2, a future-focused health care information company, announced a multiyear contract with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare for the Sg2 Insight Clinical Performance Management System.

The agreement encompasses 9 of the organization's hospital campuses located throughout Southeast Wisconsin and Iowa. Sg2 Insight delivers clinical analytics and expert-led resources to improve performance with a focus on changes introduced by health care reform legislation.

The system addresses issues such as physician performance and patient care handoffs that span inpatient and outpatient settings.
