Other cemetery visits have meaning

I am surprised that a veterans group leader regards the president's visit to a veterans cemetery other than Arlington less meaningful on Memorial Day. The day is a ceremony to revere all fallen veterans who died for America over many years and wars.

It is not designed to favor one group of them in one burial place as more important than any of the others buried in other places by a presidential visit. As President Obama stated about all fallen veterans, they loved their country so deeply, so profoundly, that they were willing to give their very lives to keep it safe and free - even those, I believe, who were interred in Illinois.
