Main St., it was reported at 2:15 p.m. Monday, police said.bull; A dark-brown wallet containing identification and credit cards was reported stolen at Fox's on the River, 31 N. River St., at 4:58 p.m. Monday, police said.bull; Someone stole a crankshaft from World of Motor Works, 1723 E. Wilson St., it was reported at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday, police said.Elburnbull; The right rear window of a pickup truck was shattered between 7 p.m. May 16 and 5:49 a.m. May 17 in the 1100 block of Berry Street, police said.bull; A man looking for help from police was instead arrested on an outstanding warrant at 1:31 a.m. May 7 on Route 47 near Stetzer Street. Elburn police said Emmanuel J. Cook, 20, of Chicago, was walking north on Route 47 and waved an officer down. He told the officer that his girlfriend was supposed to pick him up at the Metra train station, but that she never showed up. When police checked his name in law enforcement records, they discovered he was wanted in Naperville on a charge of retail theft, with bail set at $100,000.St. Charlesbull; Someone threw a 12-ounce bottle of beer through the rear hatchback window of a vehicle parked in a lot on the 200 block of Walnut Drive between Sunday and Monday, police said. Damage was estimated at more than $300.bull; Anna M. McClean, 20, of the 42W900 block of Campton Hills Road in Elburn, was charged Saturday with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct, according to a police report. Police observed McClean urinating in the front yard of a business on the 300 block of Cedar Street. Upon questioning, police noticed the smell of alcohol on her breath. Police learned from her identification that McClean was only 20 years old. Police also found McClean in possession of her older sister's ID, which she told police she used to gain entry to taverns. McClean also told police she was drunk and sorry for urinating in the yard. bull; Michael J. Butorac, 29, of the 1300 block of West Main Street, was charged Sunday with obstructing a peace officer, according to a police report. Police were dispatched to a business in downtown St. Charles for a report of a fight involving as many as 10 people. Police observed Butorac swear and taunt another person. Police then grabbed Butorac by the left arm and told him to keep walking. Butorac yelled at the officer to let him go. Police then observed Butorac tell a person on the stairs of the business that he would kill them. Police then arrested Butorac for obstruction as he continued to refuse to leave the area. bull; Alexander R. Hill, 19, of the 400 block of Red Sky Drive, was charged May 21 with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, according to a police report. Police stopped Hill for traveling 59 mph in a 40 mph zone. While talking with Hill, police noticed the smell of cannabis. Police called a K-9 officer to the scene. Hill handed over a glass pipe and a plastic bag containing a green, leafy substance. Tests confirmed the green, leafy substance was 2.21 grams of cannabis. bull; Tanzida Haque, 31, of the 2100 block of Fieldcrest Drive in Bartlett, was arrested May 19 on charges of retail theft, according to a police report. Store security at Walmart, 150 Smith Road, observed Haque select 13 lipsticks from a display, place a beach towel over her purse, then put the lipsticks in her purse. Haque then purchased about $65 worth of merchandise and tried to leave the store. Security stopped Haque and found the lipsticks in her purse. The total value of the lipsticks was about $76. bull; Zachary Michael Neumann, 20, of the 400 block of Kickapoo Avenue in Batavia, and Cameron John Schultz, 20, of the 700 block of Newberry Drive in Batavia, were arrested May 21, police said. Police responded to the Campton Hills disk golf park for a report of underage drinking. Park district security told police they observed Neumann drinking from a can of beer. The security officer also observed Schultz with an open can of beer. Neumann was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Schultz was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.Kane Countybull; Felton B. Washington, 44, of the 1300 block of Monomy Street, Aurora, was arrested at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday and charged with disorderly conduct at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, near St. Charles, according to a police report. Police said Washington "charged" up to a court clerk who was assisting another man and demanded to know where he was supposed to appear in court. After the clerk told him to wait in line, police said, Washington called her names and yelled profanities. He then went to a courtroom, where he was "mouthy" with a judge, and was later "unruly" in the hallway. Washington was arrested after pushing a police officer who asked him to leave. bull; Two eastbound vehicles were sideswiped by a farm tractor about 4:14 p.m. Monday in a hit-and-run on Bowes Road, west of Crawford Road, in Plato Township. Police said the tractor, described as red with no cab, did not stop after the accident. Witnesses said the driver was a white man, 40 to 55 years old. bull; A man told police someone mowed his hayfield Monday on the 33W500 block of East Main Street, near St. Charles, causing an estimated $2,000 in damage. The man said he suspected it was mowed by mistake.
