Edwards, 32, of the 0-99 block of East Railroad Street, Sandwich, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle after striking a parked vehicle on the 1500 block of South Batavia Avenue, near Batavia, according to a police report. North Aurorabull; Lawrence W. Victory, 19, of the 1300 block of Monomoy in Aurora, was charged with retail theft, accused of stealing gasoline from Speedway, 15 N. Randall Road, at 9:15 a.m. Friday, according to a police report.bull; Cesar A. Mercado, 22, of the 400 block of Juniper Drive, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. May 15 in the 900 block of Oak Street. He was charged with aggravated battery against a police officer, aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting a peace officer, and trespass to property, according to a police report.bull; Janet Castro, 23, of the 900 block of Liberty Street in Aurora, was charged with possession of cannabis (more than 2.5 but fewer than 10 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe) and driving while her license was suspended or revoked on May 13, according to a police report. Elburn police said Emmanuel J. Cook, 20, of Chicago, was walking north on Route 47 and waved an officer down. He told the officer that his girlfriend was supposed to pick him up at the Metra train station, but that she never showed up. When police checked his name in law enforcement records, they discovered he was wanted in Naperville on a charge of retail theft, with bail set at $100,000.
