Drew Peterson selling motorcycle on eBay

Drew Peterson isn't just in jail waiting to stand trial for murder. He's also on eBay trying to sell his motorcycle.

The former suburban Chicago police officer who is accused in the 2004 slaying of his 3rd wife, Kathleen Savio, is, through his attorneys, trying to sell his 2007 Harley-Davidson Springer Softail.

In the ad that includes a photograph of him sitting on the motorcycle, Peterson is asking for $50,100.

By Wednesday afternoon, the ad had been viewed more than 3,300 times and there'd even been a bid of $50,000. Peterson's attorney Joel Brodsky says he's confident if that's the only bid, Peterson would seriously consider it.

Brodsky says Peterson decided to sell the motorcycle because he figures he won't be able to ride it at least until his trial is over.
