Kane Countybull; A woman reported the theft of a pill bottle containing 58 doses of Xanax off her kitchen table at 2 p.m. Sunday in the 4N200 block of Citation Lane, Elburn, according to a police report. She told deputies she suspects her brother took them, and wants to press charges.bull; Gregory R. Frister was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, failure to signal a turn and possession of drug paraphernalia, at Walker Drive and Route 47 near Elburn, according to a police report. Frister, 20, is of the 700 block of Lancaster Lane, Geneva. His passenger, Jeffrey M. Thornton, 20, of the 100 block of Nebraska Street in Geneva, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.Bataviabull; Zeiss binoculars were stolen out of a vehicle while it was parked in a garage in the 200 block of South Van Buren Street Saturday or Sunday, according to police.bull; An envelope containing $377 was stolen from a business in the 1100 block of West Wilson Street, it was reported at 1:47 p.m. Monday, according to a police report.
