Genevabull; A woman's wallet was stolen after she dropped it on the ground near gasoline pumps at Marathon, 1501 E. State St., it was reported at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, police said. It contained credit and debit cards and $200.bull; A blue-green two-door hatchback car hit four recycling bins, a garbage can and a mailbox on a post at 12:15 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of Cedar Avenue, police said.bull; An Illinois' handicapped-parking placard was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 2:15 and 2:40 p.m. March 10 in the 300 block of Colonial Circle, police said.bull; A Nikon digital camera and lens were stolen from Ritz Camera, 1492 S. Morgan, 24, of the 1600 block of West 65th Street, Chicago, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. March 2 in a parking lot in the 300 block of South Randall Road on battery and disorderly conduct charges, according to a police report. He is accused of pushing a woman, punching her twice in the face, and threatening to kick her in the buttocks and to kill her.Elburnbull; David A. Klaput, 40, of the 400 block of South Sixth Avenue, St. Charles, was given a ticket for driving without a valid license, at 6:32 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of East North Street, police said.bull; Julie B. Welch, 46, of the 100 block of North Read Street, was given a ticket for driving without a valid license, at 4:05 p.m. Monday at Route 38 and Anderson Road, police said.Kane Countybull; Victor A. Hernandez-Vazquez, 21, of the 300 block of North Edmund Avenue, Wood Dale, was charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance and disobeying a traffic control device after a two-vehicle crash at 11:20 a.m. Sunday at Dunham and Stearns Roads in the unincorporated St. Charles area, police said. No injuries were reported. bull; Ami B. Foster, 23, of the 1300 block of Slater Street, Sugar Grove, was arrested at 3:49 a.m. Sunday and charged with aggravated battery after kneeing a police officer in the groin during a scuffle on the 300 block of Woodridge Circle, South Elgin, according to a police report. Sheriff's deputies had responded to assist South Elgin police investigating a domestic disturbance. At the scene, Foster tried to strike someone in a crowd and then struck a deputy in the groin while being taken into custody. The report says the officer who was injured responded with an "open hand palm strike to avoid any further knee strikes" from Foster.bull; Cason E. Konecny, 21, of the 500 block of Thornwood Avenue, South Elgin, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Saturday and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, and two counts of driving under the influence during a traffic stop at Route 31 and Crane Road in the unincorporated St. Charles area, police said.
