This is a photo featuring a large nightcrawler worm wiggling around on the driveway back in the end of September. I used an extreme macro lens handheld with the camera’s built-in automatic pop-up flash. The camera was a Canon EOS Rebel XT and the lens was the Canon MP-E 65 mm 1-5x macro lens. This was taken in Calgary, AB at a local skate park. I was experimenting with the higher speed shutter and ISO on my camera to freeze as much of the action as possible while still maintaining as much depth of field. I caught this biker doing a series of great stunts and happened to freeze him as his bike and body were off the ground. I like the colors and positioning of the subject.
