Evans is best for 8th District

I read that at least five candidates (three Republicans and two Democrats) are running for Congress, in Illinois’ 8th District. The best candidate is Rich Evans, a conservative CPA who has been campaigning since June 20. A few of his priorities are: restoring funding to NASA, sending nuclear waste to Yucca Mountain, and banning federal funding of high speed rail.
