Cain accuser from Glenview in court on eviction case
The suburban woman who accused former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual harassment took part in a court hearing Friday about a possible eviction from her Glenview home. Sharon Bialek told a Cook County judge at the Skokie courthouse that she needs more time to find an attorney. Bialek’s landlord, Tatiana Sharanova, is suing her for $7,500 in unpaid rent. Another hearing is set for Jan. 6.
