Column wrong about ‘wealth creators’

Mr. Cal Thomas: Your column “Thankfulness and those who occupy” (Nov. 24) typifies conservative-based thinking. Envy is not a mitigating factor for those who “occupy.” It is the raping and pillaging of the country by lobbyists, corporations and “Norquistrians.” Our pies, as you stated, are being sliced and handed over to businesses in the guise of tax breaks, grants and deregulation. These so-called wealth creators are leeches sucking the life blood from the economy and would have long since perished without the government spoon feeding them middle class tax dollars.

As a reporter who picked himself up by his boot straps, you should be ashamed for such an erroneous and egregious article.
