Hoffman Estatesbull; Eddy Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 25, of the 100 block of Caddy Avenue, Carpentersville, was arrested around 12:05 a.m. Jan. 10 at Route 58 and Apple Street and charged with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. His court date is Feb. 9.bull; David Arias, 27, of the 300 block of Fullerton, Addison, and Leonardo D. Rodriquez, 21, of the 2300 block of Goodspeed Lane, Schaumburg, were arrested around 1 a.m. Jan. 10 in a store parking lot at 1069 N. Roselle Road and charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). Arias also was charged with obstructing a police officer. Their court date is Jan. 29.bull; Patrick B. Breen, 33, of the 4500 block of North Rockwell Street, Chicago, was arrested around 3 p.m. Dec. 22 at the police department, 1200 Gannon Drive, and charged with three counts of retail theft. Reports said on Aug. 8 he took a TV merchandise from Target, 2800 N. Sutton, on Aug. 23 a vacuum cleaner, and on Sept. 18 two camping tents, a lawn chair and cooler. Reports said on Oct. 31 he tried to steal four peacoats and a mini refrigerator, but he ran from the store without the merchandise when employees tried to stop him. A security agent noted Breen's license plate number, and officers were able to track the rental car he was driving, along with a receipt from his debit card for a purchase he did make at the Target on Oct. 31, reports said. His court date is Jan. 20.bull; Burglars stole a snowblower and backpack leaf blower out of an unlocked garage on the 300 block of Hawthorne Lane between 2 p.m. Jan. 8 and 7:30 p.m. Jan. 9. Value was estimated at $600.Schaumburgbull; Michelle D. Rhoden, 27, of the 7400 block of South Kimbark Avenue, Chicago, was arrested around 9:40 p.m. Jan. 8 in a guest room at Candlewood Suites, 1200 E. Bank Drive, and charged with prostitution after an undercover officer responded to her ad on Craigslist. There were also two prostitution warrants for her out of Cook County, police said. Her court date is Jan. 26.bull; Rafal G. Kamysz, 30, last known address on the 200 block of Deerpath Court, Schaumburg, was arrested around 1:20 a.m. Jan. 9 at John Barleycorn Night Club, 1100 E. American Lane, and charged with battery. Reports said he slapped an officer in the face when she tried to break up a fight in the restaurant. A court date is Feb. 16.bull; Kyle J. Mitchell, 20, of the 7500 block of Grant Circle, Hanover Park, was arrested around 11:55 p.m. Jan. 8 after a traffic stop on Schaumburg Road at Salem Road and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His court date is Jan. 28.bull; Michael R. Fackler, 30, of the 100 block of Farmview Drive, Mount Washington, Ky., was arrested around 9:35 p.m. Jan. 6 at Embassy Suites, 1939 N. Meacham Road, and charged with battery. Reports said he punched a man in the face twice while the victim was sitting at a table in the bar area. A court date is Feb. 16.
