What to watch: The Flames rank second to last in the NHL offensively with just 30 goals. The power play ranks second on the road (6-for-18) but is last at home. Mikael Backlund makes his season debut following finger surgery. Miikka Kiprusoff starts in goal for the Flames. Ray Emery likes starts for the Hawks.
