Ask the Sports Writers: Mike Imrem on the Bears

Daily Herald sports columnist Mike Imrem, who covered the Bears' Super Bowl victory in 1986 and their Super Bowl defeat in 2007, answers five questions about this year's team in our weekly “Ask the Sports Writers” video segment.

Imrem addresses the state of the team today, whether there were any positives to spot in Monday's loss to the Detroit Lions, and whether offensive coordinator Mike Martz should be brought back next season.

We also asked him which was more shocking; the Bears' loss to the Lions or the White Sox hiring of Robin Ventura, and he also tells us what the Bears and other pro sports franchices can learn from the Blackhawks.
