Lakes wins: Lakes swept the top six spots and seven of the top nine in getting wins over Grant (15-50) and Wauconda (15-49). Kathryn Dean of Lakes took first place with a 20:11. Lexi Brunn finished seventh for Wauconda (21:19) while Grant’s top finisher was Jill Sales in 10th with a 22:08.

Vernon Hills d. Antioch: Vernon Hills took nine of the top 10 spots to get a 15-48 victory over Vernon Hills. Danielle Fiarito led the way for the Cougars. She placed first with a 20:12. Antioch’s top finisher was Ashley LaPoint with a 21:26, which was good for sixth place.
