Devoid of common sense, real-life dues
As we near one of the most important midterm elections in history, it might be wise to review why there is so much concern and anxiety over the current administration, and their blatant and arrogant treatment of the American taxpayer. Through back door deals they rammed through a health care program that polls show 72 percent of Americans don't want, and lied to us about the cost and provisions in the bill. Remember, Nancy Pelosi said they had to pass the bill, to find out what is in it (2,700 pages that nobody read).
Obama Democrats also passed the stimulus bill that stimulated nothing but the national debt. And during Obamas 17 month's the national debt is up $2.6 trillion while jobs are down nearly 3 million. What a stimulus.
Then they jammed through another 2,500 page regulatory reform bill that no one had read (remember, Congressional aids and lawyers write these things) only to find out it is loaded with rules and regulations that are to be interpreted later. In other words, whatever one wants.
And the Obama, Reid, Pelosi gang were afraid to pass a budget (which was due months ago) because it is going to be so huge they knew it would cost them even more seats in the Congress. And ditto the Bush tax cuts. They were going to lose that one too, so they went home. Where is there any leadership?
Locally, for the Senate we have a serviceman who embellished his war record (and who among us haven't embellished something) and a banker who lent money to the mob (including jailed Obama friend Tony Rezco). I'll go with the Naval reserve man. This administration has been devoid of common sense, and real life experience.
