Hanover Township hosts shred day
The Hanover Township Clerk’s office will host the annual Passport Day in the U.S.A. and the Township Community Shred from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 9, at the Hanover Township offices in Bartlett.
The office will waive the $25 processing fee for passports ith a donation of cereal, canned goods, paper goods, and other items for the Hanover Township Food Pantry. The passport application fee still must be paid. Refreshments will be served.
At the same time, residents and businesses in the township will be able to bring paperwork to be shredded and recycled on-site at the township for no cost.
“Every year this is a popular event and we hope lots of our residents take advantage of both services,” said Hanover Township Clerk Katy Dolan Baumer.
