The Redwings (3-2) scored twice in the bottom of the sixth inning to break a 4-4 tie. Adam Butler, who had 2 hits and 3 RBI, and Jim O’Malley provided run-scoring singles. R.J. Gatto and Chris Stout also drove in runs while O’Malley won on the mound with 2 scoreless innings of relief. Nick Sarocco and Mitch Duckhorn had 2 hits apiece for Hinsdale South (1-2).
