Motorcyclist hurt in McHenry crash

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a three-vehicle accident in McHenry Friday afternoon, authorities said.
The crash occurred at 2:25 p.m. at Route 120 and Ringwood Road involved the motorcycle and two motor vehicles, though how it occurred remains under investigation, said McHenry Deputy Police Chief Robert Lumber.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported to Centegra Hospital in McHenry.
Route 120 between Ringwood and Parklane Avenue was shut down during crash cleanup.
