Dist. 214’s Brain Gym gets your mind moving

District 214 Community Education will host Brain Gym from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at Forest View Educational Center, 2121 Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights.

Brain Gym will help improve your ability to remember, concentrate, organize, coordinate and relax. It is a collection of special activities designed to “switch on” the brain for better learning and coordination.

Based on physiology and brain research, this system improves your brain function through simple, gentle, targeted movements and processes. It also releases learning blocks common with learning challenges such s dyslexia, attention deficit and autism.

Make sure to dress comfortably and bring bottled water.
