Supplement your private music instruction.

Musicianship & Music Theory Class will build your understanding of fundamental concepts of music. Topics of music theory will be covered including counterpoint, harmony, rhythm and composition as well topics in music history and ear training.

Learning these concepts outside of private lessons will allow more time to focus on your instrument and repertoire.

Musicianship & Music Theory Class will be held on Saturdays, March 19 to June 11. Class placement is based upon skill level. Beginning Music Theory Class will meet from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.; Advanced Music Theory Class 10:15 to 11 a.m.

Learning music theory is a great way to further your musical education!
