Is this Quinn's idea of job creation?

Did lame duck state Rep. Careen Gordon sell her vote for a state job? This infers that the vote was hers to sell and we all know that Michael Madigan owns all the Democratic votes in Springfield.

This is what politicians do. Their first priority is getting re-elected, second is taking care of their friends and family (aka Joe Berrios) and lastly when they do leave office to have a nice consultant or lobbyist job lined up or better yet another tax-paid job.

How many other losers will Gov. Quinn find jobs for? Is the job of prisoner review a full-time job or another of those that meet whenever they want? Maybe this is his idea of job creation.
