St. Charles East 48, Metea Valley 39: Paige Jordan scored 19 points leading the Saints (5-12) to an Upstate Eight Conference crossover win.

St. Charles East led 35-32 after three quarters before outscoring the Mustangs 13-7 in the fourth.

DeKalb 48, Kaneland 34: Despite 8 points by both Kelly Evers and Emily Heimerdinger, the Knights saw their record fall to 9-11.

Aurora Christian 42, Immaculate Conception 27: The Eagles improved to 3-14. Lisa Rodriguez led the team with 12 points, Alyssa Andersen had 8 points and Yvette Lira 7.

Oswego East 63, Batavia 51: The Bulldogs fell to 5-14 with the nonconference loss.

West Aurora 48, Glenbard East 45: In action Monday, the Blackhawks (5-11, 2-4) won their second straight DuPage Valley Conference game behind Daz Chaney (13 points, 4 assists, 3 steals), Lexi Nelson (12 points), Liz Skaggs (7 rebounds) and Royalle Brown (8 points, 6 rebounds).
