Barrington hospice volunteer classes set
Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois will hold training sessions in Barrington to educate new volunteers on how to help care for hospice patients.
The sessions will take place Saturday Feb. 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Participation is required on both days to become certified in patient care volunteering.
Both sessions will take place at the Pepper Family Hospice Home and Center for Care, 405 Lake Zurich Road in Barrington.
