Do holiday shopping at Fair Trade store in Schaumburg

Submitted by Rita Lopienski Christ Community Mennonite Church is hosting a Holiday Open House at Gifts of the World, 888 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg.

Sample fair-trade coffee and chocolate and shop for unique one-of-a-kind gifts made from recycled materials such as newspapers, chip bags, old bike chains and recycled tires.

During December, received a free gift with purchase! Gift certificates are available.

Gifts of the World, a Fair Trade store, features handmade jewelry, home decor, coffee, chocolate, pottery, sculptures, artwork, nativities, Amish items and more. Holiday hours are 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
