Rabine Group moving to Schaumburg office building

The Rabine Group, based in Richmond, Ill., has purchased the 100,000-square-foot office building at 900 National Parkway (Three Woodfield Lakes) in Schaumburg.

The companies, which focus on roadway surface services and transportation, will begin occupying the second floor of the building with 70 engineers and sales staff this summer.

The Rabine Group will use the location as its Paving and Roofing Institute to educate customers and potential clients from around the nation about their products and services.

Planned upgrades to the property include a green roof, parking lot displays on various construction types and renovations to the auditorium.

The Rabine companies include Rabine Paving, Ravine Paving America, UltraLot, Pavement Solutions, Super Trucking, Rabine Residential and Rabine Snow Pros.
