Democratic scare tactics on Medicare

I’m tired of how the Democrats are trying to paint the Medicare debate. The fact is, Republicans are trying to protect Medicare for future generations.

Our Congressman, Peter Roskam, even has a bill to eliminate waste and fraud in Medicare. Medicare fraud costs taxpayers $50 billion annually and Congressman Roskam has introduced legislation that would catch fraud before it happens using the same kind of technology that credit card companies use to eliminate fraud.

If credit card companies can use this technology, why can’t the government? Far from the scare tactics Democrats are using to confuse the American public, Peter Roskam is trying to save taxpayers billions of dollars, protect seniors from criminals and strengthen Medicare.
