Spend summer in the Mount Prospect park camps

The Mount Prospect Park District has loads of summer camps sure to please the youngsters in your family. Full-day summer camps, half-day camps and a variety of athletic camps. All day Monday through Friday camps for as little as $3.55 per hour.

Day camp is a gold mine of crafts, theme days, outdoor games, team-building games, field trips and swimming at RecPlex, Meadows and occasionally Big Surf.

Parents must provide lunch and a beverage each day. Camp fee includes professional staff, camp shirt, camp bag, one or more field trips per week including transportation, snack and daily supplies.

And don’t forget the eco-camps at Friendship Park Conservatory. If your child is a budding explorer, these camps are just the thing.

Check out the summer brochure, visit www.mppd.org or call (847) 640-1000 to learn more about camp offerings.
