College of Dupage to present development plan to County Zoning Board

There is a Public meeting on May 10 at 6pm. The meeting is being run by the Dupage County Zoning Board of Appeals. The purpose of the meeting is to review COD's request for conditional use of a planned development.

The plan shows over 725,000 square feet of new buildings, new signs, parking lots, and a water tower.

If you have any interest or require more information, I encourage to attend the Zoning meeting. This will be your only opportunity to ask questions about this plan prior to the plan being sent to the Development to committee. The map is difficult to read.
