Schaumburg police seeking accident witnesses

Schaumburg police are still investigating what caused a motorcycle rider to strike a curb at the intersection of Irving Park and Wise roads Wednesday evening, causing him to crash and die. The death of Mark Braun, 50, of the 300 block of Hickory Court in Schaumburg was ruled accidental by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office Thursday. Schaumburg police are asking anyone who witnessed the one-vehicle crash to call (847) 882-3534.
